Applecare Canada Terms and Conditions

If you cancel this plan in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Apple does not refund the purchase price to you within the time specified below, Apple will pay you a penalty of ten percent (10%) per month for the outstanding amount due and due. For residents of California, New York, Missouri and Washington, Apple will issue a refund within thirty (30) days. For residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas and Wyoming, Apple will issue a refund within forty-five (45) days. For residents of New Mexico, Apple offers a refund within sixty (60) days. The right to cancel and receive this penalty applies only to the original owner of the contract and cannot be transferred or assigned. Supplier`s obligations under this Service Agreement are supported by Supplier`s full trust and acknowledgment, AppleCare Service Company, Inc. (j) Each monthly plan will automatically renew at the purchase price of its original plan unless terminated. Apple has no obligation to renew a one-time payment plan. When Apple offers a renewal, Apple determines the price and terms. To receive any service or support under the Plan, you agree to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth below.

9. If the Service involves the transfer of information or the installation of software, you represent that you have the right to copy the information and accept the terms of the software license, and you authorize Apple to transfer the information and accept these terms on your behalf when performing the service. Coverage begins with the purchase of the plan. “Plan Term” means the date on which your Plan begins in accordance with the preceding sentence and, unless cancelled, ends on the date specified in your Plan Confirmation. Your plan confirmation will be provided to you at or around the time of purchase or will be sent to you automatically thereafter. If you purchased your plan from Apple, you can get a copy of your plan confirmation by following the instructions and entering the serial number of your covered device at www.apple.com/support/applecare/view. One or more of the conditions listed below may apply to the Plan. The following terms and conditions may differ from one or more of the terms listed above in this section. Product availability may vary by jurisdiction. The following changes in country, province or state will be subject to review if they are inconsistent with other provisions of this Plan: (ii) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a Nevada resident who is the original purchaser of this Plan who submits a written request to Apple to cancel the Plan in accordance with the terms of the Plan will receive a refund of the portion of the purchase price of the Plan, which is not deserved, and Apple does not deduct the value of the service provided. (c) Damage to Covered Equipment resulting from one or more of the conditions described in Section 3.2 (a) or (b). The Plan covers the Apple-branded iPhone, iPad, iPod or Apple Watch, as well as Apple-branded accessories included in the original packaging (“Covered Device”) listed in your proof of coverage document (“Plan Confirmation”). Unless otherwise stated, all terms apply equally, whether paid as part of a monthly payment or a one-time payment. Apple also provides hardware service and technical support for an AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme base station, as well as an AirPort Time Capsule product (“iPad Connection Device”) when the iPad connection device is used with an iPad that falls under AppleCare+ for iPad and was purchased no earlier than two years prior to the covered iPad.
